Gracie's big girl bed and her name "ot." We will probably transition to this bed this summer sometime after her 2nd birthday. I found the 4-post bed at a garage sale for $25!
The toy corner. Kinda crazy, but at least the toys are out of the living room now! Well, for the most part....
Clay painted this dresser and I found these cute pink crystal drawer pulls at Hobby Lobby.
One of my favorite things in the room--her table and chairs, found at Midtowne Antiques. Clay spray painted them this perfect shade of green. She has another green chair, but it currently has its home in the living room.
Gracie is growing up so fast! She is about to be 20 months old. She has started identifying a lot of colors (her favorite being pink, of course!), and she tries counting all the time (one, one, one, one! with inflection in her voice :). She will say other numbers, just not in sequence. She also can identify the letter "H" and sometimes "Y," "G," and "U." Why she always knows "H" and only sometimes knows the first letter of her name, I don't know. For some reason, "H" has made an impression on her! I think the one of the coolest things is that she knows the difference between numbers, letters, and colors. If I say "ABC," she will undoubtedly say "H." And if I talk about numbers, she will name some. She also is a little parrot and repeats just about everything you say, and talks up a storm at home. I'm very proud of her as you can tell!
